At Wall Art Mall, we want you to feel confident when purchasing our wall art and home decor products.

Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at xmylm@foxmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and provide a replacement, repair solution, or refund when applicable.

Customized or Made-to-Order Items
Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for used items, items damaged by the customer, customized items without quality issues, or products returned without prior approval.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at xmylm@foxmail.com. Orders that have already been shipped or customized may not be eligible for cancellation.
