Damage Support
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at xmylm@foxmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the outer package, inner packaging, and damaged item.
Resolution Options
Depending on the situation, we may help arrange a replacement, repair solution, partial refund, or full refund.
Return Eligibility
Items should be unused and kept with original packaging when a return is requested. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the correct return process.
